At Curve Lift Bra, we stand behind our products and care deeply about customer satisfaction. Because we specialize in intimate apparel and plus-size lift bras, we balance customer protection with strict hygiene and product safety standards. This policy explains how we handle sizing issues, product concerns, replacements, credits, and refunds in a fair and transparent way.

Most situations are resolved faster through direct support than through formal returns.

Because our products are intimate wear items, we do not operate a traditional open return system where worn or tried-on bras are mailed back into inventory. This protects all customers and maintains hygiene standards.

Instead, we use a customer-first resolution approach.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. After verification, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

If you ordered the wrong size, the most common and fastest solution is a size-adjustment reorder support option. Many customers prefer this because it avoids shipping delays and gives them the correct fit faster. In these cases, we often provide a special reorder discount or customer support credit to help you receive the correct size at the lowest cost possible.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of tried-on or worn bras for resale or restocking. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to be considered for any exception review.

Refunds are reviewed case-by-case when replacement or support solutions are not appropriate. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider.

Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled, but we will still work with you on delivery or sizing solutions if needed.

Packages marked delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. However, if you believe there is a delivery problem, contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.

We are a small Las Vegas–based specialty store and we handle customer cases personally. We believe in real solutions, respectful communication, and fair outcomes — not automated denials.
